This week Jay is starting Part #1 of “Understanding the Property Tax Increase.”  This last week many residents of Colorado received their Property Tax evaluation and went into shock when they saw the increase.  In most cases, it went up 30% or more!  This week and next Jay will explain why this happened and how to get city hall to back off and lower their bill.
